Come build confidence for your practice as we explore the most overlooked and underworked muscles of the body!
We will discuss the musculature and dysfunctions which impact our clients and how to address these issues in various ways so as to allow for the most effective treatment. Discovering multiple approaches widens your skill set and provides adaptation for specific client situations.
Effective treatment of these “scary” and/or often overlooked muscles, such as Subscapularis, Pec Major and Minor, Serratus Anterior, Teres Minor, and of course, the Iliopsoas bundle, will not only provide relief for your client, but make them a client for life!
These muscles are not only the most commonly skipped tissues, they are often times the most necessary to address. Come build your confidence and discover new approaches with us this weekend!

Introduction to Multi-Dimensional Techniques- Beyond Prone and Supine 4CE – Tracey Windmill, LMT
What if bodywork didn’t begin and end with prone and supine?
In this introductory class, you’ll explore the foundations of Multi-Dimensional Techniques—working beyond static positioning and into movement, spatial awareness, and a more dynamic relationship with the body.
Because clients don’t present as isolated muscles… they present as patterns.
And for those patterns to shift, your work needs to be received—not just performed.
This is where the nervous system comes in.
You’ll be introduced to the foundations of becoming nervous system–informed, learning how your client’s system influences what they can receive, process, and integrate during a session.
Through a blend of hands-on work and practical understanding, you’ll begin to:
- Move beyond prone and supine into more dynamic positioning
- Recognize nervous system patterns in the body
- Learn basic Multi Dimensional Techniques that you can transition into your existing practice.
- Improve outcomes without increasing force
This class isn’t about replacing what you already do.
It’s about expanding it.
If you’ve ever felt like something is missing in your sessions—even when your technique is solid—this is the piece that brings it all together.
This approach has been refined over decades and has earned a dozen awards on the international stage—not just for how it looks, but for how it works.

Foundations of the Wave 4CE – Tracey Windmill, LMT
What if the spine wasn’t something to “fix”… but something to work with as a living, moving system?
The spine is the transport system for our cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
The diaphragm is the structure that governs our breath—our prana.
Together? They are what we experience as life force.
And when these two are restricted… clients don’t just feel “tight”—they feel stuck, limited in their breath, and often disconnected from their bodies.
In this class, you’ll learn how to change that.
Through spinal twists, fluid movement, and the touch language of Water, you’ll begin to work with the body in a way that creates space, restores movement, and supports the nervous system all at once.
Because when the spine begins to move more freely… and the breath has room to expand…
Clients experience:
- Greater ease in movement
- Deeper, more natural breathing
- A sense of spaciousness rather than compression
- And often… a noticeable shift in how they feel in their body overall
This isn’t about forcing range of motion. It’s about creating the conditions for movement to happen naturally. Water becomes our guide here.
Not rigid. Not forceful.
But responsive, adaptive, and rhythmic.
Through a blend of hands-on techniques and practical understanding, you’ll begin to:
- Explore spinal twists as a gateway to full-body integration
- Work with the spine to support fluid movement and CSF flow
- Understand the diaphragm’s role in breath and nervous system regulation
- Apply the touch language of Water—rhythm, flow, and adaptability
- Reduce effort while increasing depth and effectiveness
This class isn’t about doing more.
It’s about working with what actually sustains life in the body.
If you’re ready to move beyond static work and into something more fluid, more intelligent, and deeply effective—this is where the wave begins.

Oncology Massage 4CE – Brandy Fish, LMT
Working with oncology clients requires more than just technique—it asks for presence, understanding, and the ability to adapt with confidence.
When the body is navigating cancer treatment or recovery, everything changes. The nervous system is more sensitive. The lymphatic system may be compromised. Energy levels fluctuate. And beneath it all, there’s often an emotional layer that clients are carrying in their bodies.
This is where your work can become something truly impactful.
In this continuing education course, you’ll learn how to approach oncology massage in a way that feels grounded, safe, and deeply supportive—without second-guessing yourself or holding back out of fear.
Not rigid. Not overly cautious.
But informed, intentional, and responsive.
Through a blend of clinical understanding and hands-on application, you’ll begin to:
- Conduct thorough, oncology-specific intake assessments that guide your sessions
- Create individualized massage plans based on each client’s condition and needs
- Apply gentle, adaptive techniques that prioritize safety while still creating meaningful results
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, caregivers, and healthcare teams
- Integrate oncology massage principles into your existing practice with ease
Because when you understand how to work with the oncology body, everything shifts.
Clients feel more at ease in their bodies.
They feel supported, not fragile.
And they’re able to fully receive the work.
This isn’t about doing less.
It’s about working in a way that truly meets the moment.
If you’re ready to expand your skillset into something both meaningful and essential—this class will give you the confidence and clarity to do just that.

Ethics 2CE – Laurén Laurino, LMT
Strong hands mean nothing without strong boundaries.
Ethics isn’t just a requirement—it’s what shapes how you show up in the room, how clients trust you, and how you protect the longevity of your career.
This continuing education course goes beyond rules and regulations. It’s about real-world decision-making, navigating gray areas, and knowing exactly how to respond when situations aren’t black and white.
Because those moments will happen.
And when they do… hesitation can cost you.
In this class, you’ll sharpen your ability to think clearly, act confidently, and hold your ground—without overthinking or second-guessing yourself.
You’ll explore:
- Scope of practice and how to stay aligned without limiting your impact
- Informed consent that actually protects both you and your client
- Clear, confident client-therapist boundaries
- Confidentiality and professional communication in real-life scenarios
- How to recognize ethical dilemmas and respond appropriately in the moment
This isn’t about memorizing guidelines.
It’s about understanding how to apply them—so your decisions feel grounded, your boundaries feel natural, and your presence feels solid in every session.
When your ethics are strong, everything else flows better.
Your clients trust you more.
Your sessions feel cleaner.
And your business becomes more sustainable.
If you’re ready to strengthen the foundation behind your work—not just your technique—this class delivers exactly that.
